I woke up this morning after having a dream that my zucchini had come back to life - well in my dream the leaves were up again. After convincing myself that this couldn't possibly be true I went out to look at it and low and behold it's alive! The leave's aren't completely perked up yet but they're working on it and the stems are strong again (the other day they were like wet noodles).
=D Yay! I'll post pics later tonight or tomorrow.
Also - I have good drainage in my containers but I'm still not sure what people do for their gardens up here when the plants are still little and fragile. I moved them under the awning on my balcony just because they definitely got enough rain last night and they're probably already stressed enough by any mites that might be left and moving outside.

hey lady...how are you going to handle the sprawling zucchini on your porch? I know I would have enough room on my deck, but are you just going to let it crawl all over the place? I'm afraid if i put ibn on the grass in the back yard, Miko will eat it, or worse, pee on it
I also just got 2 new (t ome) container gardening books in the mail!!
miss you :)

Actually I'm going to grow it vertically instead of letting it spread out all over the place :) at least that's what my plan is
